Here's an upcoming event for you NC, SC, and surrounding area ladies.  The Charleston Natural Hair Expo will be holding their 2nd annual expo and (all-white) evening soiree on June 22, 2013 from 10a-5pm.  I wasn't able to attend last year but I hear it was tons of fun last year.  I'm hoping to get the chance to attend this year.  Many of your favorite Youtube vloggers will be in attendance. YET ANOTHER CUTE UPDO & FOTD

Just wanted to share another cute updo and 'face of the day' (fotd).  I thought this look came out super cute. The purple was inspired by the beautiful colors found on my top from hm.com.  I fell in love with this as soon as I saw it! Anywho, here's the look:

RETRO UPDO | NATURAL HAIR STYLE

Often times when I get bored I "play" in my makeup and my hair...to ugh, work on my skills Lol. I've owned the lipstick Vegas Volt by Maccosmetics.com for quite some time now BUT I didn't feel like it looked cute on me. I knew I didn't want to get rid of it so I needed to find a way to make it work. Soo, I was inspired by the color of the lippie to do an updo and bold eye.  From the eye look, to the lips to the hairstyle. I think it kind of gives off a retro feel. What you do think?? RIHANNA'S 'RIRI Woo' Exclusive Lipstick Comes Out MAY 2, 2013 + REVIEW VIDEO

Rihanna, the most talented singer/performer out, has teamed up with MAC Cosmetics to formulate a lipstick that will be sure to sell out within minutes!  The lippie, cleverly named RIRI Woo, will be available May 2, 2013 12pm EST online at MAC Cosmetics.  The lipstick is a retro matte cool red shade similar to MAC's popular color, Rubywoo.  This shade is Rihanna's signature look and can be spotted on the singer numerous times.  

Thankfully, Rihanna will be coming out with other shades throughout 2013.  But, it is a must I get my hands on RIRI Woo tomorrow!! Set your alarms ladies, because this one won't last long!!

The lipstick retails for $15 online at MAC Cosmetics.  It will also be available at Brooklyn's Barclays Center at Rihanna's concert (popup store).
